Update on 5S Implementation Progress at Tanneries (Intervention Phase 3)

Vulua Tannery Pvt. Ltd. has successfully completed the 5S implementation in its PD lab. Following lean training sessions delivered to management and the distribution and labeling of chemical bottles, the tannery provided the necessary storage rack and proceeded to organize its chemical management area in the PD lab. The completion of 5S at Vulua Tannery marks a milestone in intervention Phase III and reflects the tannery’s commitment to adopting lean manufacturing practices and maintaining a safer, more organized workspace.

Al-Madina Tannery Ltd. is actively progressing in its 5S journey. All necessary training has been delivered to management, and the required tools and equipment have been provided. The tannery is now in the final preparatory stage and is expected to begin full 5S implementation shortly. The team remains engaged and motivated, and we anticipate strong results in the coming weeks.
